Refund & Return Policy
We ship across the United States from our U.S. fulfillment partners. Below are our standard shipping and return policies.
Shipping Information
Standard Shipping (U.S.)
5–10 business days. Free on orders over $75. Orders under $75: flat rate of $6.99.
Expedited Shipping
2–3 business days. Available at checkout for an additional fee based on order weight and destination.
Internation Shipping
7–14 business days. Available at checkout for an additional fee based on order weight and destination.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
To initiate a return, contact us at naeemahmad@stravionmarket.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label or return address.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Opened personal care items, final sale items, and products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
